| December 2003 Titus Nights Street Party Winter Wonderland The weather report called for SNOW. and that is what they got and plenty off it! Children were frolicking in the manufactured snow and having a blast in the warm Florida weather. Even adults could be seen acting like children as they were caught up in the euphoria. Said one local downtown business owner, "it is evident that the downtown festivals are becoming an important element of the City's entertainment scene". |

As with previous street parties, downtown stores
were open for the revelers that were trying to satisfy some last minute shopping needs. In
addition, citizens enjoyed viewing Antique and Contemporary Cars, Line Dancers, Singers
