| Community Service Award Committee The Community Service Award Committee seeks nominations for the award that will be presented during the annual June 14th Flag Day Ceremony at the Astronaut Memorial Plaza, Sand Point Park, Titusville, Florida. The City of Titusville established this Community Service Award to honor Reverend Harry R. Lee for his outstanding, long-term contributions to our community. Reverend Lee served the community as City Chaplain, Employee Assistance Advisor, Chaplain of Sertoma and Chaplain of the Titusville Area Chamber of Commerce. By his spirit, words, and actions, he personified the concept of unity in the community, and set the example for encouraging unity and discouraging disunity.
