| Municipal Code Enforcement Board This seven-member board includes, whenever possible, an architect, a businessman, an engineer, a general contractor, a subcontractor, and a realtor. It is an administrative board that has the authority to impose fines and other non-criminal penalties to provide an equitable, expeditious, effective, and inexpensive method of endorsing City Codes. It meets the second Monday of the month at 3 p.m. at City Hall in the Council Chamber, 555 South Washington Avenue. TERM OF OFFICE: Three Years |
