| Planning and Zoning Commission There are seven regular members and two alternate members appointed by City Council on this Commission, which serves in an advisory capacity to the City Council in all matters relating to the Comprehensive Plan and is responsible for reviewing zoning changes and plans for all phases of community improvement. All members must be a registered voter in the City and a resident for at least one year prior to appointment. It meets twice a month on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday at 7 p.m. at City Hall in the Council Chamber, 555 South Washington Avenue, Titusville, Florida. TERM OF OFFICE: Two Years |
