| Titusville Housing Authority This seven-member board appointed by the Mayor with approval of City Council has the power to purchase and lease property, construct or rehabilitate property, and hire employees. The Authority has the responsibility to initiate housing programs that will lead to safe, sanitary and healthy dwelling units for low-income families. It meets the third Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at 1108 South Street. |
