Ted Beck receives acknowledgement for his service to the community as a member of the North Brevard Parks and Recreation Commission.

Roger Pouliot receives acknowledgement for his service to the community as a member of the Flag and Memorial Committee.

City Manager Tom Harmer opened the program with an introduction. Barbara McGillicuddy, a member of the Flag and Memorial Committee, gave the invocation and sang several songs. Mayor Ron Swank, City Manager Tom Harmer, and staff had the opportunity to thank the individual members as staff outlined the duties of the special boards, commissions, and standing committees. After recognition of members, City Manager Tom Harmer gave a state of the city update. Mayor Ron Swank gave the closing remarks followed by Barbara McGillicuddy singing Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy.
