Mission:

The Financial Management and Budget Activity is responsible for budget preparation and monitoring, fiscal analysis, evaluation and adjustments; fiscal policy development; capital debt planning; investment management; quarterly fiscal reporting; long range financial planning; revenue and expenditure projections; budget controls; management strategic development; and banking and treasury relationships.
