Chief Richard G. Talbert Titusville Fire and Emergency Services Rick has been with the City of Titusville for seven years and served as a Battalion Commander, Training Commander, and Operations Chief. He is a twenty-four year veteran of the fire service beginning his career with the City of Ocala, Florida. Rick moved to Brevard County in 1987 taking a position with the Kennedy Space Center as their training officer and eventually Operations chief supporting 26 shuttle missions. He holds an Associates Degree from Brevard Community College in Fire Science Technology, is currently enrolled in the National Fire Academy's Executive Fire Officer program and a graduate of the University of Maryland's Staff and Command Program. Rick is currently serves on the Florida Fire ChiefsAssociation Board of Directors as the East Central Florida Director. He is Past President of the Florida Society of Fire Service Instructors and is actively involved in the Florida Fire Chiefs Associations statewide Emergency Response Committee as Region 5 Coordinator. Rick was appointed to the Governors Central Floridas Regional Domestic Security Task Force as the Fire-Rescue Chair, coordinating the activities of nine counties. |

Charles R. Bogle Division Chief/Fire Marshal Titusville Fire and Emergency Services Chuck was promoted to Division Chief/Fire Marshal by Fire Chief Rick Talbert in August of 1999. Chuck has been with the City of Titusville since December of 1986 and has served as a Firefighter/EMT, Driver/Operator, Lieutenant, Battalion Lieutenant, and Acting Operations Chief. He is a sixteen year veteran of the fire service. |

Amy Spillers Support Services Commander Amy Spillers was promoted from Fire Lieutenant to Fire Manager-Support Services May 20, 2002. Fire Manager Spillers is a 21-year employee of our department. Beginning her career as an entry-level firefighter, she has progressed through the department rank structure, achieving officer status as a Lieutenant in 1985. |
