I own a home that is beyond repair, how can I go
about getting it demolished?
The property must be located within the City of Titusville
and be declared substandard by the Building Official and approved for demolition, the cost
to rehabilitate the structure must exceed 50% of the total value of the structure, an
applicant must own the unit in fee simple title and the building or structure must be
vacant continuously for the 3 months prior to the agreement for demolition. Contact the

business or an expansion of an existing business. The business must be located in the City
of Titusville and must create or retain jobs. Collateral is required. There are no
business grants available throughout the City. The loans are structured on a case-by-case
basis, with an interest rate of not more then 2 percent above prime.
