| John Wilson Employee of the Month For April, 2004 John started to work for the City over 15 years ago in September 1988 and is currently an Equipment Operator III on a Front End Loader truck servicing commercial dumpster customers within the Solid Waste Division. John also is adept at operating all of the other solid waste vehicles in the division. |

| John is consistently a perfect attendance winner (for 12
consecutive years) and is one of the division's most productive employees. John also
remained injury and accident-free during this past year. Other words used to describe John
would be dependable, available, efficient and consistent. He has the difficult task of emptying commercial dumpsters while trying to squeeze into spaces the size of rabbit holes, back out into two-way traffic on main thoroughfares during rush hour and at the same time leave no litter or contents of the dumpster on the ground. A small feat but one that John has mastered and accomplished with ease. His high quality of service and his efficient and productive performance previously earned him the title of Solid Waste Employee-of-the-Month for March 2004 |
