Pat Boggs is without equal in her expertise of the financial management requirements for an internal service fund operation. She is the backbone of her division and her knowledge of its data management is unsurpassed. She immediately became proficient in the new H.T.E. maintenance billing and data management program and was selected as the citywide administrator for the Work Order Module.

She ensured compatibility with the Finance division by providing detailed and highly accurate billing charge information for their processing. She established a monthly review with Finance to closely monitor any disparities in account data. She conducted an in depth historical expenditure analysis of each customer department resulting in highly accurate expense projections vital to the City’s budget process. Her meticulous attention to detail results in a negligible error rate while processing approximately 6,500 work orders per year. She combined all the budget line items for all General Fund departments and divisions for facilities maintenance to create the City Manager directed consolidation of facilities expenditures for FY04/05 and 05/06. The City of Titusville is very fortunate to have her as an employee.
